What we collect
Data collected via the assessment
When you submit the Fulcrena Alliance Readiness Assessment (FARA), we collect: your name, work email, company, role, country, your answers to the readiness questions, and the timestamp of submission. The assessment form itself sets no cookies and uses no marketing pixels. Across the site, Fulcrena uses cookieless, aggregate analytics and, only if you accept it, the LinkedIn Insight Tag. Where it goes
Storage and access
Your assessment is stored as a Lead record in Fulcrena's private Pipedrive CRM instance, hosted on US infrastructure. The record is visible only to Wayne Rynhoud, Founder & Principal of Fulcrena LLC. No other person has access to the CRM. The record is retained for 24 months from submission and then deleted unless you have become a Fulcrena client, in which case the record is migrated to the engagement's contractual data-retention terms.
How it is used
Use of your submission
Your assessment answers are used solely to prepare a personal response to you within three business days (Discovery Call invitation, preparation note, or candid "not yet"). Your data is not: shared with third parties, sold, syndicated to a mailing list, used to train any AI model, used for advertising retargeting, or aggregated with other submissions for research or reporting.
The Discovery Call token
If you receive a Discovery Call invitation
The Discovery Call invitation email contains a secure, single-use scheduling link. The link contains a random token that identifies your invitation without revealing your identity in the URL. Once you book a Discovery Call, the token is invalidated. If you do not book within 30 days, the token expires automatically. Fulcrena does not track link clicks — only whether the token was successfully consumed.
Your rights
Contact and deletion
You may request a copy of your submission or ask for it to be deleted at any time by emailing privacy@fulcrena.com. Requests are handled by Wayne Rynhoud personally and are actioned within 5 business days.

Changes to this notice
This privacy notice covers the Fulcrena Alliance Readiness Assessment surface only. It sits alongside — not in place of — the broader Fulcrena site privacy notice and the professional-services engagement terms that apply once you become a client. Material changes to this notice will be dated at the top of this page and reflected in the Assessment submission confirmation email.
