Fulcrena works through a clear operating lifecycle: diagnose what is getting in the way today, build the roles, decisions, governance, cadence, measures, and practical motion the partnership needs, and run selected operating routines where additional support is useful.
The goal is simple: replace partnership ambiguity with structure, rhythm, ownership, visible progress, and disciplined next steps.

Every engagement starts by understanding the current partnership or ecosystem. Fulcrena looks at purpose, conditions for success, governance, decision rights, operating rhythm, evidence, and where the structure may be missing, incomplete, or not yet justified.
The result is a clear view of whether the situation is ready for a paid Fulcrena Diagnostic, a Build engagement, selected operating support, more preparation, or no action yet.
Build
Build.
When the case for change is clear, Fulcrena helps install the operating structure the partnership needs. For existing ecosystems, that may include decision rights, governance forums, partner roles, work cadence, scorecards, escalation paths, and the first practical motion to get the structure working. For emerging programs, and organizations committed to establishing a strategic alliance function, a Center of Excellence (CoE), or both, Fulcrena helps co-design and build the alliance operating foundation from the ground up, and run it if needed.
The client keeps the blueprint, the working artifacts, and the capability built along the way. Fulcrena’s role is to help create a structure the client can own, not a permanent dependency.
Run
Run.
Some clients are ready to run the operating structure themselves. Others need Fulcrena beside them until the cadence, governance, scorecards, and operating reviews hold under real conditions.
This operating support can include governance forums, scorecards, operating reviews, escalation discipline, or a specific partner motion. Whether Fulcrena is helping temporarily or operating selected parts as a service, the client keeps ownership of its strategy, partnerships, decisions, data, and operating artifacts.

Start with the Fulcrena Alliance Readiness Assessment (FARA). Fulcrena reviews every submission within three business days.
If your situation appears ready or promising, you will receive a private link to schedule a 45-minute Discovery Call. If it is not ready yet, you will receive a short preparation note or a candid “not yet.”
