FARA
Fulcrena Alliance Readiness Assessment.
A short, self-directed readiness check before either side invests time in a conversation.
Fulcrena reviews every submission within three business days. If your situation appears ready or promising, you receive a private link to schedule a 45-minute Discovery Call.
The FARA is a short, self-directed confidential readiness check. It helps you decide whether your alliance or partner ecosystem may be ready for a Fulcrena Diagnostic, and it helps Fulcrena decide whether an engagement may make sense.
It is not a diagnostic, maturity score, partner score, professional opinion, or tailored recommendation. It is an orientation step before a Discovery Call.
Every submission receives one of three responses: ready for a structured assessment, promising but requiring clarification, or not ready for a Fulcrena engagement yet.
We only ask for what is strictly necessary to return your result.
What we store
- Your identifying contact fields (name, business email, company, role).
- Optional country and telephone if you provide them.
- Your responses to the Readiness Assessment questions.
- Your explicit consent to receive the structured result and a Discovery Call invitation.
What we do not store
- No street address unless you volunteer it in free text.
- No partner, customer, or client names in structured fields.
- No pipeline, revenue, or confidential business figures.
- No advertising cookies. Site analytics are cookieless, and the optional LinkedIn measurement tag runs only if you accept it in the cookie notice.
What the assessment covers
Short, plain-language questions.
The full assessment is a short set of plain-language, mostly multiple-choice questions about where you are today, what you want to achieve, what is getting in the way, and how ready you are to act. Eligible respondents receive it by private link after Fulcrena reviews their submission.
